Longevity and Your Bucket List

As some of you know, I love working on my, and helping my Clients with, Longevity. I firmly believe we should all strive to live long, healthy, happy lives.

One of my drivers to live a very long, healthy and vibrant life is my bucket list.

Specifically, traveling the world and living in and experiencing the cultures of the world.

Traveling to a country is not the same as really understanding their culture. That takes time, an open mind and respect towards their way of being.

Just 17 countries and 11 cultures later, I know I have a lot to explore and discover. And this excites me and drives me to look after my health and my body for a long, long time to check off every item on my bucket list.

This is Teotihuacan, Mexico – an ancient Mayan city and one of the world’s most impressive archaeological sites.

Teotihuacan is a Nahuatl name that means “the place where the gods were created”.

I visited it over a decade ago and was fortunate to be there right at the time of the annual Spring Equinox.

The Pyramid of the Sun is the background is the third largest pyramid in the world and made purely of volcanic ash. It is believed to emanate a very strong, positive, spiritual energy from the top.
