A little progress every day adds up to big results

Incredible power of this truth came alive for me today as I ran after 2 months and was pleasantly surprised to find out that my cardiovascular fitness got better. It was a very intense session – HIIT style running for 30 minutes.

I realised that this was because of the consistent breath work practice and short workouts that I kept up with throughout the lockdown. It was incredibly fulfilling and a self-congratulatory moment. This is the power of daily, consistent effort.
